Notes from Ms. Liddell (week of December 1)

I hope your Thanksgiving break was filled with lots of family time and rest!  We have three weeks until Christmas break.  It is tempting to be relaxed on bedtimes and homework.  As a parent, I know it is very tempting.  However, please stay consistent with your bedtime expectations.  This makes a huge difference in students' school performance.

  • Children typically think of this time of year as RECEIVING lots of goodies, but it is also about GIVING to others. I have secured the dates below for our campus to ring the Salvation Army Bell.  Please e-mail Ms. Liddell if you are interested in participating with your child.  This is a perfect experience to do something kind for others during the holiday season.  The Salvation Army is able to save valuable funds, that are in return invested back into families in need, when volunteers ring the bell instead of paying employees.
